The NYFC Spirit Award is a $10,000 educational scholarship that seeks to honor a young person in foster care who is attending a two year or four year college or university, has demonstrated exemplary leadership skills, and is willing to represent the opinions of youth in foster care as a representative to the Board of NYFC.  The application deadline for the 2010 NYFC Spirit Award is July 15th.
